About to place my first order and wanted to make sure I'm getting the right sizes!

I don't think they run *quite* as big as Gymbo but very close. For example, AG has been wearing Gymbo 18-24mos this winter but I have a dress from J&J that is a 2T and fits her nicely. I will probably buy her 2T from J&J though for spring/summer.

Thanks so much for the quick response, Denise! I had to have the Daddy's Girl t-shirt from Lasting Love since DH will love it, and the coordinating satin cargo pants were just too cute to pass up. DD has been wearing 18-24 mo Gymbo tops for the past couple of months and just moved up to 18-24 mo bottoms, so I ordered the J&J top in 2T and the pants in 18-24 mos. Hope that works!

I find the opposite. I think Janie and Jack run slightly bigger than Gymbo. The pants are definitely wider. My 1 year old can hardly keep the 6-12 month pants up at J&J but has no trouble at Gymbo. Some dresses can run small however. I size up in them. My 4 year old can wear a 3 in Gymboree but the 3T in Janie and Jack is too wide and big in the sleeves.

Very cute! I like that top, too. I hope they fit and I didn't steer you wrong! :)

Got the package today. The outfit is adorable, and both pieces look like they'll fit (can't try them on DD as she's napping). I think I'm going to send back the pants, though. They're beautiful, but I'm not sure how many times DD would wear them. I knew when I ordered them that they weren't the most practical pants in the world for a toddler, but they are even more delicate looking IRL. They'd look gorgeous with the matching top, but I can't justify $34 for a pair of pants DD would probably only wear a couple of times. Guess I'll look for a pair of pink cargo pants or capris from Gap or Old Navy.

Thanks so much for the input re: sizing!
