Vicki's Gymbo review prompted me to take a look at the spring/summer stuff I bought on sale last year planning for Ava to wear them this summer. I think I may have misjudged the sizing -- I bought all 18-24, but I tried some of it on her and it looks WAY too big. Do you remember how the sizes ran? If anything ran big, I want to scout eBay for 12-18s. Here's what I have:

White cardie
Strawberry s/s onesie with peter-pan collar
Khaki skirt

Gingham-belt jeans

Eyelet bee top and blue gingham bloomers

Blue gingham romper -- No way will this fit, so I am selling it :(

Robyn--

We should talk! I have a number of these pieces in 12-18 (the onesie, khaki skirt, capris, eyelet bee top), and don't think they'll fit Eliza this year. I still love this line, though, and would definitely be interested in buying some of your 18-24s if you do decide to sell.

However, I must say that except for the romper, I did not think the line ran large, and Eliza is pretty small.

Karin,

I'll probably hold onto the onesies and tops since Ava has been pretty true to size in tops. It's the bottoms I'm worried about. I might be interested in your khaki skirt (if yours is NWT, we could just trade!) and the capris (though I don't have those in 18-24 for you). I am definitely selling the romper and the jeans since I would rather have the jeans for spring anyway and the romper is just huge. Both are NWT.

Email me at gearey @ aol.com if you want to talk more!

Robyn, I know that the capri-all definitely ran large! I bought it to wear for spring and AG didn't wear it until late summer/early fall. I'm thinking the bloomers ran a bit big, too.

If you're interested, I have the capri-alls (worn) in a 12-18. I also have the blue gingham bloomers and a top (NWT) in 12-18. Also, the yellow capris (mine are used, though). We have the bee tee, too, but I'm thinking it might have a stain on it. I'd have to check. Anyway, I'll be selling all of these pieces so just let me know if you want anything!

This is the top I have for the bloomers:

We have the cardigan, jeans and the onsie in 18-24 for spring. Kailey is about 22-24lbs and 31 inches and 20 months. The 18-24 jeans are too huge to wear so far. We are currently buying 18-24 in all other Gymbo because the 12-18 just wasn't going to last the winter season. Some stuff fits baggy and some stuff fits okay. It stays snowy here till April or May though.

We have a ton of this stuff in 12-18.

The jeans ran true to size. Not big at all.

The gingham capris were perhaps a little larger than the jeans, but not huge.

The bloomers were on the big size, but aren't they always?

The onesie is very true to size.

Let me know if you are still looking to get rid of the khaki skirt or yellow capris in 18-24. :)

The eyelet bee top ran SMALL! I don't think mine ever went thru the dryer, but it is small and I'm thinking that Miss Meredith will be able to wear it this summer when she's in 6/12 months!
