I saw on Gymborebel that Naartjie is coming out with a new line in the next week or so. Anyone heard or seen anything about it? I have several items that I've been wanting from the 1st spring trans line but I've been (im)patiently waiting for them to go on sale. Has anyone ever gotten a PA from Naartjie? Is it a lot of trouble? I'm thinking of going ahead and ordering my items and hoping they go on sale when the new line comes out and I will be within the PA period. Any advice?

The new line should be out in the stores and available for order next Tuesday. (It usually appears on the website a few days later.) I'm not sure when the spring trans stuff goes on sale--hopefully soon.

I've gotten a PA from Naartjie and it's actually very easy. If you call or email with your transaction number (found on your receipt), they can pull it up and give you the adjustment on the itemms that qualify. I think their PA timeline is 14 days but I'm not positive.

Can't wait to see the new stuff! :)

I called them with my transaction number from the receipt and they processed the adjustment and credited my card. Easy-peasy.

This may be old news by now but I heard that the boxes are arriving in the stores. The only info that has been "leaked" so far is that the colors for this new line are the same as the last line (fluffy, cloud, etc.). But no other info yet. I *hope* they update the web site this week... and mark down the spring trans line!

I've been patiently waiting for this spring stuff to go on sale. I cannot wait to place my order! :)
