i called this am to ask about shrinkage on an item, and while i was on the phone anyway, i asked whether they anticipate a code. she chuckled and said no, but that they have been getting a lot of requests. they do keep a log of customer comments.
i made a point of saying (several times) that the code is quite an incentive and that i have found that i spend far more, probably twice as much as i would have without one. if more people bring that up, it will certainly get back to the ears of the higher ups.
