I highly recommend this dress. I sucked it up and paid full price for it. It was totally worth it and I never pay full price for anything. The dress is just that cute and it wears so well. Here is a picture of Eva in the dress just for fun.

I bought them at Target of all places actually! There were on an end cap before Halloween. They actually had black toes and a Jack O Lantern on the bottom area, but neither were visible while wearing the dress. The best part was that they only cost about $4.
