eBay descriptions: made by same company as Orient Expressed

I've stumbled across several different listings where the seller says the dress was made by "the same company that makes Orient Expressed" and the companies were different!

Does OE have several different lines/price points or are these sellers trying to pull a fast one?

I could be wrong but I thought OE only made OE. Again, I'm no expert & not 100% sure. I've run across several auctions were they put "like" OE or "like" Bailey Boys - and this drives me nuts. But as far as I know Orient Expressed only makes the their label Orient Expressed sold thru their catalog & I think there is a B&M store in New Orleans. I think they so some trunk shows too.

OE does have a store in NOLA- we visited last week. Gorgeous stuff. It's all made in Hong Kong and is private labeled, so maybe the other brand was made by the same mfr. or factory?
