Valley Fair told me today that the website would hopefully be updated yet this week but I get the sense that they don't really know when!

I'm not sure what they're supposed to do, but they held some items for about a week for me once so I could get free shipping--can't remember if it was Valley Fair or Brea. They had my credit card info on file, but didn't charge me until the items shipped. I hope they get their site in order soon, so I can decide what to get during redemption!

I think they're only supposed to hold for 3 days. At least that's what one of the stores told me. However, Valley Fair has been holding things for me since last weekend so I could wait to see what's new when the website is updated.
