Free shipping at Hanna if you order at the store?

I was at a Hanna Outlet today (my first time) and the saleslady told another shopper that if she ordered items while at the outlet, the shipping was free. The shopper was estatic! Is the free shipping always available, or is it a special? I should have asked her but she ignored me the entire time I was in the store, so I got ticked and left.

Will it still be free shipping if I make purchases over the phone from a HA outlet? I've purchased over the phone from a non-outlet HA store, and I was chaged for shipping.

Yes, you do have to be there in person. When you shop at a non-outlet store and they don't have something that you want in stock, you can order it there and the shipping is free. The free shipping from orders placed at the outlet is the same thing-- and it's only good on current catalog items, not past season items.
