Is this cheerleader skirt too babyish for a 2 year old? It seems kind of short, but I think it is cute. I just don't know if it will be okay on a 2 year old. What do you all think?

I was looking at that skirt as well but decided I would rather have a knit one (rather than poplin) to reduce the "poofiness", which I think contributes to the babyish look. There is actually a knit tiered skirt in Kid Girl but it is not listed on the site for some reason (but I believe it was in Aimee's pics she posted the other day, friedmana1). But the KG knit one doesn't come with a built in diaper cover :( like the baby girl one does so that is holding me back. Or maybe I'll just get the shorts instead!

I never thought it would be this hard to put together my order request for KK redemption!

I've been wondering that, too. Based on the pics I've seen (check out GymboRebel and NaartjieLove) I think I'd prefer the Big Girl skirt for Amy Grace. And like Amy mentioned, the knit keeps the poofy-ness down a bit. Amy Grace has a pair of size 3 pants and they fit her really well so a 3 would probably do fine on Logan.

that is what I was afraid you all were going to say. Oooh! Maybe I'll order both and send back what I don't like.

I decided to give it a try - it came today. Excuse all the shades of pink - I didn't take all her clothes off!
I don't think that I'll keep this one. It is puffy and DD doesn't really pull it off well. I may add the knit one in size 3 to my next order and compare. I didn't realize they were different.

Your daughter looks so cute!!!! But, I must say that I like the knit one better - I like poofy sleeves, not poofy skirts. :) Here is a pic of Leah in hers.

Thanks Aimee! I agree, I like the knit one better. I like the way it lays and it looks to actually have 2 layers. The little girl one has both patterns but sewn together. I think that DD's legs are just too short for a skirt anyways!
