Question on Boden returns

I used the link to get the 10% off, free shipping and free returns. Does anyone know exactly what they mean by free returns? I have a few things to send back and the return label that they use requires postage. I guess I was thinking that free returns meant that they would send a pre-printed label that you could just stick on and drop in the mail.

You are correct. By free returns, it means you should get a free return shipping label in your order. I did this last fall, and that is how it was handled. I've had great service from Boden! Hope your order works out. If you didn't get a prepaid label, I would call them and ask how to handle it.
