Ok, I have gymbucks. I also have a 2 1/2 month old child that doesn't need anymore clothes for the summer. So I want to buy for next spring/summer.

At 2 1/2 months she is in the middle of the size range for 3-6 months - she's 24" long and about 12 1/2 -13 lbs. She is long waisted, so the 3-6 month pants are long on her. I know there's no way to know for sure, but would I be "safe" buying 18-24 month sizes with the idea that she could wear them from spring (if she's running large for her age) until fall (if she's average for her age)? It's pretty warm here from March-September.

Also how do the separates seem to run? Do tops run big or small? How about bottoms? I'm going to Gymbo tomorrow so any help is appreciated!

My dd was born 12/30/03 and is wearing some 12-18's, but 18-24 month is really what fits her with a bit of room to grow in Gymbo. The 12-18 items either "just fit" or are too small depending on the line. She is a bigger than average girl, but not huge. She was somewhere around 75% for both height and weight at her one year well check. I think she will be in 18-24 until the fall.

HTH!

I have a DS, but agree with the PP as to gymbo sizing. DS is 15 months now and has been wearing 18-24 months for awhile. I think it's safe to assume he'll be in 2T by summer, so he's been about 6 months ahead of the sizes at Gymbo. He has short little legs though, so it's mostly 18-24 months for tops and 12-18 for pants. HTH!
