How is the Hanna Rose after Rose jumper running?

I think it is running true to Hanna sizing. I tried it on today in fact on my 15 month old. She is wearing 70s and that is what I bought. There is plenty of growing room for the summer. The neck is slightly low but not enough to look too exposed. I love it!
