Some link or another led me to The Children's Place website, and this looks like an inexpensive mix-and-match option. I'm wondering about the quality, with these prices -- anyone know?

Edited in hopes that someone will know what I'm talking about. ^^;

We have a good amount of TCP clothes in our rotation here, and we've been consistently pleased.

I will offer one caveat, though. Beware of the iron-on looking screen prints. We had a couple of summer one-piece outfits last year w/ prints, and they did not hold up in the wash (even w/ our very gentle front loading washer). They peeled and cracked, after about 4-5 months of weekly washing.

Customer service is good. I had the button pop off of a christmas sweater after a couple of wears. When I took it back, the sales associate exchanged it for me, no questions asked.

I try not to buy at full price, bc they have frequent sales and discount codes. Though prices are really pretty good, even before the sales.

Thanks for the heads up! I just ordered some girl clothes in the mix and match that will be PERFECT for camping/play clothes! Great deals too! I ordered 3 shirts and 3 shorts for $25 including shipping.

Use this discount code for $10 off of $30. NEM35

We have a Children's Place minutes from me, and I buy a nice percentage of clothing there. I am especially pleased with their basics and stretchie sleepers. Their chino pants are really great and are Logan's favorite pants- and aren't too big in the waist like so many other brands. The only items I've have trouble with are their sweaters (too itchy) and their jeans/cargo pants (quality issues). Overall- they are a nice brand! And right now they are having a clearance sale of 30% off the clearance price. I just got Logan's winter jacket for next year for $8!! Love it!

I love The Children's Place. For the price, I think their quality is great. We bought DD a bunch of their turtleneck onsies (3 for $20)this winter and she's worn them week in and week out and they are still in great shape. I'm really into mix and match stuff, so that is one reason I shop there a lot.

I bought a ton of things from the spring collection in the tea rose color - but it is now on clearance. The items have been of pretty decent quality - better than target and actually equal or less in price to target when I bought at clearance prices.

Just a word to the wise - buy all the pieces to mix & match around the same time or within a few weeks. I have eyed things there in the winter and then gone back and the sizes/colors I wanted were sold out. I try to stop in our local store on a regular basis to keep an eye on things - what is still reg. price and what is on the clearance racks.
