Healthtex Sandals -- any good?

I went shopping at BRU for brown sandals for ds.
Bought a pair of Healthtex shoes w/windows, closed
toe might be described as sandals for $16.99.

Does anyone have any experience with this brand of
shoe? Was it okay? I'll try to update later with a
picture. Just curious.
