I have purchased several sets of bows from:

www.abbedesigns.com and love them. Her toddler bows are just the right size - not so huge they overwhelm but large enough to really show. I also have gotten one of the personalized headbands and the personalized travel pillow. If there is any interest I will contact her.

The website says the barrettes are metal. Do you know if she has an option for plastic? I'm afraid to use metal on Logan's hair for fear it will break her hair. If they can be plastic, count me in!

Count me in! I've been meaning to order some monogrammed bows (hope these would be included) ever since someone posted this website and just haven't gotten around to it. I'd also be interested in the personallized pillows.

Thanks!

I'd be up for a pillow and a bow holder if those might be included.

Count me in, too! Like Karen, I actually prefer the plastic barrettes but I will do the metal clips if that's all she carries.

I LOVE THEM! We are very into bows, and I was just noticing today that we have "lost" a lot of ours. These are so adorable, I am so glad that you posted the site! I am definitely interested in a coop!

I'd be very interested especially if she'll do the plastic clips AND include her clothes. I have such a lust for the cherries dress ::sigh::

Oh yes, I'm interested. I just ordered a batch off ebay based on a previous thread on bows, but I'm definitely in "need" of more. :)

Eva will NOT keep any clips, bows, ponytail holders, etc., of any sort in her hair. She pulls them out the minute I put them in. I finally had to give her bangs because she wouldn't wear a clip to hold her hair out of her face. And I can barely get her to wear a hat, which is a must now that spring is upon my fair-skinned babe! How do you do it? Is it just consistency and eventually they get used to it?

I would be interested. I have a 3 year old who has taken her own sweet time with growing hair and we are finally ready to do the bow thing.

I also have a 7 month old who was blessed with a full head of hair and I am just itching to get some bows in those curly locks!!

I tie a Goody ouchless band around a bunch of hair and then add (clip) the bow on top of that. It seems to stay on really well and she never reaches up to grab it, despite the fact that she will not allow a hat to sit on her head for more than thirty seconds!

Yes!! Definitely count me in! :) I LOVE bows! We already have a ton, but you can never have too many hair bows.

Thanks!

I don't think she offers plastic versions. My guess is the plastic is too hard to get the heavier, larger bows to hold up on. My DD has somewhat fine hair and I have not had any problems with using metal. I actually usually pull her hair up in pigtails and then clip the bows over those.

As for getting them to keep them in I do think it's just consistency. My DD does pull hers out at times, but usually will leave them alone.

I'll contact her today.

That's pretty much what I do, too. Amy Grace was really bad about pulling them out for a while so I kept a brush and some of the bands in the car and when we'd get to where we were going, I'd do her hair. She seemed to leave it alone when we were busy. It was just when she was unoccupied (in the car, watching a show, etc) that she'd pull them out. After months of that, she's finally gotten used to them and mostly leaves them alone.
