We've seen lots of pictures of spring and early summer Naartjie, but I just wanted to share a few spring pictures :)

Who suggested a denim jumper over the Naartjie spring 1 spotted essentials? Brilliant - I love it. We also have a denim ON skirt that is really cute over these and the butterflies too.

Here's our little hat girl. She wants to wear this Zutano hat everywhere, with everything. It doesn't even really fit anymore!

This Gap T is a pretty good match for new orange Naartjie, but close enough, and it was too cold for short sleeves that day. And love these headscarves. Another crusty boogie face :P. We're finally over that cold!

And last year in the back yard....my baby's turning into a little girl. I'm not that nostalgic though - it just gets more fun every day.

Oh yeah, this was before I discovered Reality Layette and was "just" dressing DD in baby gap ;)

She is just darling!! I love all of her Naartjie combos. That picture of her out in the garden is just precious. What a beautiful shot!

What cute pictures! She's just precious. The spotted essentials are some of my favorites, too.

I love that she loves her zutano hat-- Eliza is the same way about her hanna "bunny wants a carrot" hat. She loves that silly thing; thankfully, she has decided it's a nightcap, so she doesn't want to wear it each day, but it's an absolute requirement every night. Also, the romper in that zutano print was the first thing I bought for Eliza after she got out of her hip brace (at about 9 weeks old) and could wear clothes other than gowns. I still love the print.

How cute! She is adorable! I love her in the Naartjie stuff. Too cute and funny about the Z. hat. :) She looks great in the headscarf, too. We only have one and I'm hoping I can get AG to keep it on. :D

And I really love the two garden pics! Great comparison. Will you take them every year?

Thank you -

I'd love to take a pic like this every year - if (when? :)) we have a second child we will eventually have to move into a slightly larger place, same town. It's too bad because I love this house and the location. OTOH it would be nice for DH to have a workshop so he's not always taking over the kitchen table for his projects ;).

If we do move, I may have to break into the backyard every year about this time :)

Jana,

Sophia is such a cutie. I really love all of her Naartjie outfits. I don't know who posted about pairing the denim with the polka dots but wow.

And I love the idea of taking pictures in the same spot each year. What a great way to see her grow through the years.

Yor DD is so cute. I especially love her in the head scarf. It looks so adorable on her!!! I think the head scarf is a benefit of straight hair. I just can't picture it in my DD's curly hair.
