Have a question regarding Preschoolians fit..

We just got our Preschoolians and her big toe is at the 2 line. My question is do I put the insert back in, wide, narrow etc or does she wear them without the insert?

If it is at the second line meaning closest to the toe of the shoe she wont be able to wear them very long. You may want to size up. You do want to choose an insert that fits the width of her foot the best. The link the pp provided explains everything.

Yes, it is the second line from the top..guess they will only last for a short time. I already let her wear them outside :(

Also, if you are uncertain about which insert to use, be sure to visit the "How to Measure Width" section, the link to which is sort of hidden on the page--it's in the lefthand menu, between the pic of the Accufit device and the "Our Guarantee" box. And of course, you can always use their live chat or 800 number for further assistance. :)
