Hi,

Does anyone have a favorite place where you buy your hair clips from for a baby? I found this place:
http://www.bloomingbows.com/
But it seems really expensive for a hair bow!
Anyone else know of anywhere else I could order them?

Thanks!

Kristen

I think the 15% off discount co-op may have just ended, but I just ordered some from www.abbedesigns.com. I buy most of mine from Once Upon A Child where they have their bow racks (new) behind the counter. I had been pretty happy with their selection until I started reading here. HTH!

I like the simple grosgrain toddler bows from www.boutiquebows.com They've got a great little grippy strip on them that holds in fine hair, and the price includes free shipping. HTH!

I got a bunch from a lovely mom named Laura (bloomaccents on eBay). She makes small, understated bows that are nice for babies, and the alligator clip style with the little grippy strips stay in Ava's super-fine hair very well. Laura can make pretty much any style/color you want, and she even makes special bows to match Naartjie and Janie & Jack collections.

Robyn-

I searched for "bloomaccents" and I didn't get any hits. Thanks.

Val--

I'm obviously not Robyn, but I did go look up that seller on eBay yesterday. I had to do an advanced search and search by seller name. Try the following link--it should take you to her "store."

Hi! I bought some from www.bloomingbows.com and they were a little pricey but the quality was awesome (much better than some of the other ones I have)and my little girl looked darling in them. Just wanted to share . . .:-)

I bought a set of 16 from this WAHM on eBay and have been really happy with them. They stay in DD's fine hair and she has several colors:

I bought from this same person and really like them. I don't see the small infant sized bows at that link right now, but if you email her she will let you know when she'll list some.

A friend of mine has been using them since her daughter was a month old. They are covered with velvet and stay in really well.

Ok, don't laugh but I just picked up some from Wal-Mart. I stopped a woman a few days ago in BabyGap and asked her where she got her daughter's hairbow since it was just a basic small grosgrain bow on an alligator clip and she said she was pretty sure it was from Wal-Mart. I picked up a package of 6 bows for $3 (I wanted to make sure they worked in DDs hair and that she would keep them in before I sunk any more money into them). They were Wal-Mart's kid connection brand and were in with the little girl's hair stuff.

They don't seem to bother DD so of course now I "have" to pick up some from one of these other stores you've all posted :-)
