Custom sewing question

This is not exactly the right forum, but I am cross posting because it doesn't exactly fit. (I already tried the stroller forum for this). Do any of you know any good people/businesses that do custom sewing? I wanted to have a stroller liner (seat cover) made for me.

I was kind of hoping I could pick my own fabrics, etc. But If you know of someone who sells pre-made ones, that is good for me to know too.
