When I went to my local Hanna store, they did not have the playdress I was looking for in size 90. They were able to find it in another store & agreed to have it shipped to my address. I've done this in the past & they have always waved the shipping costs. This time, they charged me $5. I tried arguing with the sales clerk, but no luck.
What exactly is their policy?
