I know I've been cluttering up the boards with Meredith pics lately, but I just couldn't resist a few more. I think I'm just on a high from the J&J and Hanna sales--LOL.

Here we are on the way to J&J yesterday (pre-sale, call it a reconnaisance mission :-) ). Maybe we should make one of the RL Photo challenges a photo with a predominant color? Although, now that I think about it contrast is more interesting. Anyway . . .

And, just for fun, a few more Set the Table pics. The second one is funny not only b/c Meredith looks like a weary housewife, but b/c DH says she looks just like Tweety Bird in it, and I cannot disagree. :-)

Forgive the blur. I've been experimenting with the non-flash mode on my camera and the poor thing is just not up to the task of crisp close-ups (how could it be? it's a Canon Elph with 2--count 'em--2 megapixels. Needless to say I've been following the camera thread closely and have been considering a serious upgrade to a digital SLR soon.

Thanks for looking!

Oh so cute and LMAO re: Tweety Bird.

I feel your pain about the camera. I think we have the same one, though it may have another megapixel or two. Note that my pics are ALWAYS blurry! LOL.

Best,
Mary

You could never clutter up the board with too many pictures of your beautiful baby! Meredith is just so sweet! She is adorable! I love the close-up pics. The red pic is great, too. Is that a Bugaboo? I'd love one if I was going to have another baby! I see someone in my neighborhood walking with a burgundy Bugaboo. It's gorgeous!

Joyce,
Meredith is positively adorable, and your posts make me laugh! Two excellent reasons to "clutter up" the boards as much as you possibly can!

She has one of the sweetest, most expressive faces I've ever seen-- love how she's peering out at you from her stroller!

She's so adorable...love looking at her pics! She's one happy baby!

Funny, both our DD's were born in Aug. '04 and both have red Frogs. Great taste Mama!

She is the picture of perfection, as always, Joyce. :) Although that second scarf picture leaves me waiting for the string of complaints in some Slavic language that is obviously on the way. :P Such a cutie.

Mary (dules)--Right? She so looks like Tweety Bird there. Must be the jowls. :-) As for camera, I can remember when 2 megapixels was the thing to get, and cost $300. Argh!

Tara--Thanks for looking! I love your avatar.

Heidi(heidis2girls)--You are too kind. That is a Bugaboo. I really love it. We talked ourselves out of it, got another stroller, then talked ourselves back into the frog for a second stroller. Of course, my husband also got a different job during that time, so that helped. LOL. I know just the burgundy one you're talking about--they call it aubergine. That was the color I wanted, but DH said he preferred red. When we were at Disney in April (we didn't take the frog) we saw an aubergine Bugaboo all decked out--it was in bassinet mode and had the parasol on it. It was gorgeous!

Mindy--Thanks for looking! And I'll take the compliments for Meredith, especially since you know a thing or two about precious faces yourself. :-)

Karin--Thanks! Indeed, Meredith has a million expressions. I should do an outtakes edition so everyone can see her perturbed looks in between all the smiles. :-) I like the stroller pic too, although I think the hat makes her head look funny (however, I guess having a head too big for one's body necessarily makes it look comical--LOL).

Heidi(heidi_timms)--Thanks. Meredith already shares Kailey's good taste in fashion. :-)

QNP--Hooray for the red frogs, and August '04 babies! :-) I love the name Reese!! It was on my list. I had a long list of names that got vetoed by DH, but I've since decided that the one who gives birth is the one to pick--look out next time!

Mary (Phoebe)--Isn't that kerchief a hoot? My mother told me that was a very 70s thing and that whenever she'd sew herself a shirt back then she'd also make a matching head scarf. LOL. And I thought I hated 70s stuff.

Sarah--ROFL. I can just imagine that Meredith's about to say "first I had to milk the cows, then get the *@$# chicken eggs . . . ." She does tend to look tired around the eyes, despite two naps a day and a good deal of sleep at night. I do have genetic dark circles, though, so I've probably blessed her with those. Slavic complaints--classic!

Joyce,

I love seeing pics of your sweetie. She looks adorable in her STT kerchief. LOL about the weary housewife and Tweety comments.

Thanks for sharing.
