Old Navy Sizing L/S tees

Do Old Navy L/S tees run small? I am looking at a few for fall/winter. Most of the tops I'm buying are 2T, but some in 3T if they run sall (his arms are super-long).

I think ON sizing is all over the place. If it were me, I'd probably go up a size, since you say his arms are long. I think DS's shirts fit him just right in size last year, and the sleeves were none too long. But you can always compare in the store and see how they look.

To me, ON sizing is on the smaller side. DS will outgrow his things from ON before outgrowing the same sizes from Baby Gap.

Thanks for the help. I went ahead and ordered a 3T figuring I can exchange it if it seems unusually big.
