Boots for new walker

Well, it will be snowing before we know it, so the Robeez aren't going to work for much longer, plus he's starting to outgrow them. I'm looking for boots for DS who is almost 14 months and walking. Not snow boots but more like hiking boots. No shoelaces because he will just untie them, and I want something that can go on his feet fast.

SR had a nice pair and I like the Ecco ones, but I don't want to pay $50 for them. DS is small for his age (5/10th percentile for height & weight), but he does have chubby little feet.
