DD's baptism is less than a month away and I still need to buy her dress. She'll be 20 months old at the time of her baptism. I was wondering about getting one dress and using it for the baptism and Christmas. I'm envisioning a longish ivory dress, but I'm flexible. I have two questions:

1. Where can I find a dress that would work for both (or either, I'm getting desperate right now b/c I'm not having any luck finding anything)? I'd like to keep the price under $100 and shopping online might be easiest.

2. Do you think it would be tacky to use the same dress for her November baptism and Christmas? I don't think it would be, but I just keep wondering about it...

Thanks!

I don't think it would be tacky at all.

My girlfriend got her DD's dress from here:

Hers was by Sarah Louise. It was stunning and simple. You could choose something simple for the baptism and then get a cute Christmasy cardigan or a tartan sash. So cute!

I hope this helps!
