ll bean toddler sizing question

I'm going to order a few tees from llbean, but I've never ordered from llbean. How do they run?
I was all set to order size 3T but their parameters are a bit lower than most brands. DS is 37.5 inches tall and weighs 30 lbs.
He fits well into gymboree, babystyle and cherokee stuff at target in the 3T.

Should I go with the 3T or 4T?

Definitely go with the 4T. Their toddler Ts tend to run VERY small. Their fleece jackets run pretty normal though. DS is approx 39 inches/35 lbs and has a 3T fleece pullover that still fits and that fleece jacket in a 4T and it fits well. HTH.
