Mini Boden Questions - sizing and shipping

I have never purchased Mini Boden before, but I think I am going to order a couple of dresses for DD. The clearance prices are too good to resist! Does anyone have any feedback on how the sizes run, particularly in the kid dresses? The measurements given on the site make it seem as if they run a little bit large.

Also - how long does it typically take to get an order?

My DD is 2.5, about 38 inches and 30 lbs, and wears a 3/4 in the dresses (Gypsy and Hotchpotch shift) this summer with good growing room. They *may* still fit next year. Her 2/3 tops and bottoms were perfect by late winter this year, and small on her now.
