What's in your DS's wardrobe for Fall? AKA what do I need?!

DS is just over a year and last year all he needed was a stroller bag plus he wasn't outside for long. This year anticipate he will be in the park and playing outside often as well as going for longer walks (no stroller bag!). What do you have for your DC this Fall? We live in New England... please help!

I always have a couple pairs of jeans, a couple pull on pants, long sleeve tshirts, a couple sweatshirts and one nice cardigan.
I love soft pants at this age. Usually, I would put a onesie on under his shirt so his little tummy was warm.
