Babystyle costumes

I am hoping some moms out there are familar with the babystyle costumes, and can help me with sizing...I am looking at last year's dragon costume for my daughter; she is just turning 4, but is a big 4 (42"; 43 lbs)...the costume is labeled 2t to 4t, but I don't know if I'd be pushing it. Does anyone know how these costumes run with size? Any experience/info. would be appreciated! Thanks!

It is funny that you mention this because my DS is running around in it at this very moment. Wait. Scratch that. Now he is a giraffe. In any case, my DS is 40.5 inches tall, 33.5 lbs and the legs/arms are slightly short and the rise is short. I don't know that it would fit your DD.

Hi there!
My very average sized 3 1/2 year old is also running around in his dragon costume right now. It fits him well, but has no room at all for growth. I just asked my 5 1/2 year old to try it on b/c she is similar in size to your DD (45", 41 lbs) and she can wear it (it zips up), but it is really short in the arms and legs. Hope that helps!
