My son vomited all over his See Kai Run sandals. I tried wiping them down with water but it's not working that well and they stink. Has anyone had any success washing them on the gentle cycle? I guess I could hand wash them too but it would be almost the same thing. I don't want to ruin them because they are the only sandals he has right now.

Thanks!

I've washed my son's Devons and Oz SKRs in the washing machine on gentle cycle and just air dried them. They came out looking fine and clean. I run everything through gentle cycle. I cant stand handwashing anything.

Thanks! I got desperate last night and ran them through the gentle cycle and they look fine. They are air drying as we speak. No more icky smell!

Lucky you - I handwashed my son's sams and jacks and the red leather ran a little onto the stitching. and lighter color leathers.

My Sams ran too, just from rain!

DS's Jack was ruined :-( I think if it has stitching around the shoes then it doesn't withstand machine washing. I have machine washed Devon and Kai Kai, and they came out fine.
