I am just about to start my second season with KK. I'll admit, my first season was tough as the clothes are not well recognized here (i'm in CA). They are a MS based company so they are much more popular in the Southern states. There was also some huge production issues and delays from backordered fabric and the dolls were held up in customs forever. Since then, they've relocated customer service back to MS, brought the production back in house in hopes of having more control over the product. This is in hopes of having more control over the product. A lot of reps left at the end of last season because of the issues but I'm hopeful that I might have a better Spring - especially after seeing the preview. I was a little disappointed though in that the prices from the catalogs I just got have increased a bit - the clothes are cute so I'm still hopeful that I'll do better this season.
