Please help me identify this shoe.

I watched a neighbors little girl today and she had on these adorable shoes. There was no name in them - nothing... I asked her mom and she said that she got them in her hometown, really small store and they weren't in a box, or if they were she lost it. They are soft soled and just adorable. If you have any info on these precious little shoes I would really appreciate it. I don't want to have to put them on the side of a milk carton, but I will if necessary... HA HA HA

Never seen them. Though based upon the style of the insole, I was wondering if they may have been the brand they sell at the Asian shoe carts in the mall?
