Question about Hanna Embroidered Power Of A Great T

If you bought this T in a regular store or from the website or catalog, did it have some kind of lining under the embroidery?

I bought mine from the outlet and it doesn't, so I'm wondering if it's different at the outlet. It's really scratchy without a lining -- I'm rather surprised it doesn't have one (Gymbo, Carters, Osh Kosh and other less expensive brands almost always do).

I have one for myself and for my daughter -- both bought in August or September from the website. They don't have backing, but my dd hasn't complained. I haven't worn mine yet, but didn't notice a problem (probably won't be since the embroidery is at bra level).
