Hanna pants don't fit dd...

just got playdress leggin set and the leggins won't stay on when she is crawling, she is so skinny. The size 70 is barely long enough so I can't go down a size. Will all there pants be too big-she is about 30 inches and only weighs about 16 lbs.

Hmm...did you try rolling the waistband? I'd have the same problem with Dd, except we use cloth diapers. They hold her pants up for her!

You can always call Customer Service to get the exact waistband measurements before you order. I think the PD/Dd pants ran short this year, so you may not have this problem always. I actually found the 'flounce' pants and the 'trio of pretty baby pants,' to run long. You might want to order one of those in a size down.
