When they're 80-90 or 90-100, and your DD is in a 90, which way do you go? DD just turned two, is about 35 inches tall, and this'll be a dress for spring (in a 90).

Any BTDT advice is helpful!! :)

Unless your dd is particularly tall, the 80/90 tights should be fine. I know that is what my middle dd wore when she was wearing 90 HA's. HTH!

My DD wears a 90 and the 90 solid color loose tights are VERY long (go up to right below her chest), but the 80-90 patterned tights barely fit (almost too short). I called looking for this pair of tights and they told me that the solid run large and the patterned run small. I did not know this until now.

My DD is about 38.5 inches and between 90 and 100 right now. She's been wearing 90-100 printed tights for two years, as I started buying that size when she hit 36 inches.

Her solid loose tights in a 90 still fit, but won't next year. I am kicking myself that I missed the 100's on sale this winter. :(

I agree that the patterned tights seem a little smaller.

I tend to go with the larger size on the tights, because it's better for them to be a little too big than a little too small.

I always err on the bigger side for tights, because my girls are skinny but have long legs! This is more true as they get older (size 100+).
