How does Garnet Hill's girls brand fit?

I'm interested in these striped beach pants, and don't know if I should buy 2T or 3T. DD wears 90 in Hanna, 2T in Janie and Jack (but will need 3T for length soon), 2-3 in Boden. She's 2 yrs 7 mos, and average size. I'd like her to be able to wear them through the summer.

3T. They are a little long right now, but I see them shrinking enough.

90 should be a 3T. IMO Garnet Hill's knits seem to run true to a bit small. DD could still wear 90's this fall but we have a 4 in the knit tiered dress and boot cut pants.

Those beach pants are CUTE!
