I've always bought DD's socks at Old Navy and Target with good results, but DS is 6 months and 21 lbs. These socks always leave marks on his chubby legs and aren't stretchy enough to pull up on him. They just slump down around his ankles and look silly.
Are there any good socks that are looser for chubby babies? TIA!

I sized up for my chubba wubba. I really like the Gap triple roll socks in size 12-24 months. They are very stretchy and don't leave marks on my son. I use Robeez, though, to make sure they stay on. I'm not sure if the socks would stay on alone, though I've heard they do.

Sounds like my chubby guy! I have great luck w/ Childrens Place socks.

gap socks were the only ones that stayed on for us. and my boys were both chunky monkey babies. no red marks.

Thanks ladies, I use TCP socks too (they are all pretty much the same style at Target, ON and TCP) I do think TCP has a little more stretch room.
I'll also check out baby Gap, I guess I'll need to start sizing up too!
