-Target never seems to have this size.

-Land's End has ticked me off once and for all! After spending 20 -minutes with their online chat discussing the Land's End shops, how there are none near me and getting free shipping - they wouldn't do it! :( I told them it's terrible that they penalize their customers b/c of their lack of availability. Then they disconnected me from chat b/c I just couldn't make Dd wait for a diaper change any longer and they FINALLY responded. I wonder if it's a "bot?"

-Kohl's only has them WITH a swimsuit and she doesn't need another.

So, who else has one? I'd like to stick to $20 and under, the more under the better.

Thanks ladies.

Have you tried Old Navy - On their website they have tank terry dresses, but I think I saw some hooded ones in the store.

Check Carter's, of all places. My MIL bought my DD one last year - it is a size 24M - snaps up the crotch and front, and has a hood.

We bought a short sleeve hooded one at Old Navy. Zips up the front. It's pretty nice for the price. They had white, aqua blue and another color - maybe dark pink?

Gymboree has cute ones, but they are more than $20 unless you have Gymbucks. Or wait a couple weeks for them to go on sale LOL!

Just an update, Old Navy was great! Just what I was looking for. Thanks!

They had pink, turquoise or white zip-up with a hood. I think they're 90% cotton 10% poly for $14.50. There are also some 100% cotton pull-overs, too.
