Lands End has these (SPF 50) for $24.50. Know of any others? LE doesn't seem to have "boy" colors... at least not in the toddler size.

LL Bean has some. They have long and short sleeve, and some with bottoms that zip up.

Have you checked Target? I know they had 3/4 sleeved ones for girls so they must've had some for boys too....
