On tags that says 12 mos, does that mean 12-18 mos or 6-12 mos.? I really should know this, with having gone through this with my first child, but I forgot! Mommy brain reigns again, lol.

It means up to 12 months (6-12 or 9-12 depending on brand sizing.)
