My daughter's Easter dress last year was a Will'Beth bishop-style dress. We got the 24 months size even though she was only 16 months at the time, and it was a little big at Easter, but she was able to wear it throughout the summer. She's always been around 75-90% on the growth charts (height and weight), if that helps any.
