View Full Version : Apparently I've been flagged on Shoebuy.com

The last few orders I've tried to place, I've had to call their customer service, but they didn't say why. The last one I flat-out cancelled because they never returned my call and I was getting irritated with the process. Well, I just placed an order for shoes for DS, and of course had to call, and they told me since I've returned several recent orders in their entirety, they wanted to "work with me" on my order, and just ship me a couple of items. I think I ordered four. Yes, I've returned a bunch of stuff, but I've also kept a bunch of things, and I was able to because I could order several sizes or styles and try them out. I'm so annoyed. There are a bunch of other sites that offer free returns, so I guess I won't be shopping on Shoebuy.com anymore. No where on their site do they state that there is a maximum that you can return. If that's the case, then they should say so. My husband says it's because it's costing them money. Well, I realize that, but they offer free shipping. I'm not about to be told what I can and can't order. :(

Wow, that sucks. If they offer free shipping/returns, they should certainly honor that, and expect that sometimes people have to return a lot of stuff. I'm sure other sites will be happy to have your business.

I just returned 2 orders in their entirety in the last two weeks, I guess I will be flagged as well. What did they think would happen, you offer free returns, you get things returned. I also have kept plenty, but when you are dealing with brands that you can't try on IRL, especially with children, what do they really expect.
