ISO 100% cotton nightgown for girls

DD Julia wants a nightgown just like her grandma's- a little spagetti strap teddy. The only ones that I have seen at our usual stores (like Gap) are polyester and flame retardent. I am trying to find some that are 100% cotton. Any ideas?

Sara's Prints nightgowns are cotton & I have seen them in a spaghetti-strap style. I order mine from Campmor.com since they are cheaper there but I don't think they have that particular style. Maybe I've seen it at CWDKids.com.

I smiled at the teddy reference, too. I'd be careful saying my DD wanted a teddy! Although others might mercifully assume you meant a bear...
