I lost a merchandise credit that I had from Christmas. It was my fault - I vaguely remember DD playing with it in the shopping cart at Target. I thought it was somewhere in the car, but I have cleaned it out and it's not there. I had the receipt (luckily!) and called their cs. All I had to do was give them my name and address and fax the receipt to them and they will send me a replacement in 10 business days. I am so happy because it had a good amount on it! Yay for Janie and Jack!
