Sizing for Lands'End swimsuits?

Hi,

I want to buy my DD a swimsuit from Lands'End but I am not sure if I should get a size 4 or 5. She wears a Hanna 100 and is about 38 inches and 31 pounds. Anyone know if the suits run small or big?

My DD is about 38-39 inches and 37 lbs (also wears a 100) and I ordered her 2 Lands End tankinis in a 4T. They fit fine. If anything, her belly button peeks out a little when she raises her arms, but I think a 5 would be too big.
