Sizing for HA Little Red Dress

I am thinking of getting the Little Red Dress for my daughter. She is just 4 months old but is on the big side - 90th percentile for height (25 1/4") and 95th for weight (16 1/2 lbs). My inclination tells me to get a 70 in the little red dress since I expect she'll probably be about 27-28" and 19-20 lbs by Christmas. I hear the dress runs big though. Would a 60 be too small?

They run big. Almost a whole size big.
