Gymboree's dresses and leggings can be put together as a set. My DD wore one of these yesterday, and it was very cute.

I found (in small sizes) really cute legging & dress sets by Carter's at marshalls. Also, Flap Happy & Flapdoodles makes some cute sets also.

someome just mentioned that H&M had cute knit dress/legging combos similar to hannas. I have never bought from there so I can't vouch for the quality but maybe one of the other moms here can give alittle more insight :)

I found some dresses at Target for 9.99.

I got a pink and grey striped dress for 9.99 and solid grey pants for 3.77.

I also picked up a teal dress with brown polka-dots and a brown empire style band around the chest and solid brown pants.

Carters makes them now. I bought two dress/leggings sets for $6.99 each!
