This is my first time ordering from Boden. I purchased the guitar applique shirt and just washed it. I washed it on cold and then hung it to dry--- however, the shirt has all sorts of pucker marks on the fabric around the applique. Has anyone ever had this problem? It looks horrible. Will they return or replace it?

Mine didn't really have this problem (there's a slight bit) but I saw that someone else's did this on some message board and they replaced it. They're good about that.

Boden has a 'no quibbles' or something like that policy. So you can return anything within 3 months. I returned some T-shirts after they shrank too much in the wash - after I checked the size etc with them. I was very happy with their CS as well as the products (except that they shrank, of course :))

our boden applique tees are perfect after washing and drying. definitely exchange it.

YES!
We had the same problem with a guitar tee. I washed it and hanged to dry, no dryer! It was puckered all over applique :(
I sent it for exchange, got a new one and have no problem with it!
Definitely go for exchange!
