Avent Bottle & Food Warmer

Just wondering if anyone has this...I just picked one up at BRU. I am confused about heating up frozen breastmilk...the instructions list the warming times for room temp. foods and food/milk coming from the refrigerator...not the freezer.

Anyone have experience with this that can clue me in ??

I have that warmer- and loved it! I din't have to warm frozen breast milk very often- as we switche dto formula when dd was 3 mos old ( I was pregnant again! Due anyday) but I just put the frozen milk in the bag right into the warmer and let it thaw on the medium setting. Just check it frequently to see how quickly it's thawed and warmed.
