LilyPadz nursing pads-- has anyone tried these?

My baby is not due until June but I'm trying to get as prepared as possible before that. I have ordered my Whittlestone pump, lansinoh cream, storage bags, etc. but still have questions about nursing pads. I ran across some of these LilyPadz nursing pads and they sound great. But, as a not-yet-even-first time mom, I have no idea if it is just hype or if it would be helpful. They are pretty expensive if they don't work, or there would be some type of health issue or something. But the idea of them not showing and being able to wear them while swimming sounds fantastic. Has anyone tried LilyPadz? If so, would you recommend getting them?
