Nausea When Breastfeeding or Pumping

Does anyone experience nausea when breastfeeding or pumping? It's not bad, and I think it's part of my letdown. I haven't had to act on it, thank goodness. I was just curious if anyone else experiences this or if it's my weird thing.

Sometimes I feel nauseaous when I wake up for the nighttime feedings, I assume beacause I haven't been eating recently. I do try to drink water when I'm up at night, though.

Sounds like you might need to drink some more water - I get mild headaches while nursing if I am not drinking enough.
